My art is an exploration of space and structure beyond visual compositions of elements. Foundational to the work is the act of making; influenced by processes, methods, and materials. I am interested in the manifestation of depth and spatial relationships through form and color.
The Construction series is an exploration of materials and processes through the play of explicit and implied form, line, layering, texture, and opacity.
Each piece in the series exists independently but also remains in dialogue with the rest. Together they form a context.
